Dr. Allison Smith is devoted to inspiring, educating, and motivating people, especially, women and girls to reach their highest potential. She is affectionally known as Dr. Allie and Sergeant Major. She is called to heal, exhort, teach, and lead. She is a retired U.S. Army Combat Veteran with over 35 years of military and federal government service, combined. She served her country for 27 years of active-duty military service; achieving one of the highest enlisted ranks in the United States Army, Command Sergeant Major. She is a professor, a leadership and people management consultant, and a professional development trainer. She is also a minister. Dr. Allie accepted her call to ministry in 2014 and was licensed and ordained by Apostle, Dr. Randy Bell, Sr. MBA, DMIN. Dr. Allie is a dynamic speaker and teacher/trainer. She shares her experiences, successes, and failures with her audience.
